CareFlow: point of sale for pharmacies
CareFlow is a point-of-sale and management system built by pharmacists for pharmacies, designed to replace the notebook and calculator at the counter with one clear screen. At the till, a pharmacist searches or scans a barcode to bring up any drug, from Gentamycin eye drops to Ceftriaxone injections, sees its price, pack size and whether a prescription is required, then moves through a simple three-step sale: pick the drugs, confirm payment details, and collect payment by cash, M-Pesa, card, insurance or credit, with an optional prescription upload attached to the order. Behind the till, a procurement screen flags every low-stock item automatically, so the pharmacist can add them to a supplier order with one click or download the list as an Excel sheet before it runs out. A reports dashboard then pulls it all together, showing total revenue, orders and average sale value for today, this week, this month or a custom date range, alongside a running view of customer credit, so the business owner always knows exactly how the pharmacy is performing without digging through receipts.

Chama Pro is a digital system for the management of chamas, saccos, financial groups, schools, churches and other organisations, built to turn the group's treasury book into a live dashboard everyone can trust. A group's dashboard shows total members, total savings, outstanding loans and expenses at a glance, alongside a feed of recent contributions from named members with the amount and date, a savings-over-time chart, and a reminder for the next scheduled meeting. Each member also gets their own view on their phone, an account summary with their total contributions and quick access to contributions, loans, members and reports, so no one has to ask the treasurer for an update. Members can apply for a loan directly in the app, see their loan limit and interest rate, and track its status through pending, active, paid or rejected, while a separate investments screen lists the group's projects, such as a land purchase or a small business venture, against a total budget and amount spent. For accountability, a reports and statements section offers a summary view, individual member statements, a full audit trail and a downloadable PDF statement, along with charts breaking down monthly contributions and contribution types, so every shilling in the group is visible and accounted for.

Can I try a live demo before buying a system like this?
Yes. Both CareFlow and Chama Pro have live demo links on this page so you can click through the real system before asking for a quote.
Do you only build systems like these, or can you build something custom?
These are examples of what's possible. Most systems we build are customised to a specific business's workflow, not a copy of CareFlow or Chama Pro.
Can CareFlow or Chama Pro be adapted for my own business?
Yes. The core structure can be adapted, for example a POS for a different kind of shop, or a Chama Pro-style system for a sacco or school.
